A. PROSPECTIVE COHORT STUDIES
■ Korean Registry for Activating Trial on Dementia Therapeutics (KREATE4T) [link]
​: Develop a registry of Korean people either with or at risk of dementia who may be eligible to participate in clinical studies on new therapeutics and diagnostics. The eligibility of the participants is being re-evaluated every year.

■ Korean Registry for Activating Trial on Dementia Diagnostics (KREATE4D)
: Develop a cohort of Korean people with normal cognition, mild cognitive impairment, and dementia and construct a database of their clinical, neuropsychological, neuroimaging, and laboratory evaluations, a neuroimaging bank, and a blood biobank. We followed the participants two years after the enrollment.
